Has this changed? Do all these companies still losing money?
I'm far from following current UK politics, but I've heard the same thing about Liz Truss...
I had a semester project like that, in a team of 7, though we didn't had the changing spec... But it was a really good learning experience
At least in France, the upcoming Olympics are a strong contender. That and the surprise parliament election our president dropped on us; because he apparently didn't like the result his party got at the latest EU election, but honestly I don't see how he imagine he's going to get a better result this time around.
> I fed “how to respond to a vinyl chloride fire” into ChatGPT and it told responders to use a water fog on the water reactive chemical. This would have changed a train derailment/hazmat spill/fire emergency into a detonation/mass casualty/hazmat emergency
I think there were some naïveté on the US side of thing, just like both were naive on how mainland China would turn to democracy as it opened to outside trade and industry
I don't think it was crashing, but a few years ago I fixed a bug on the app I'm working on, where we had issues with apostrophes in names with SQL Server (where single apostrophes in strings have to be escaped with another one); as it turned out, another dev had written a buggy replace function, the fix was just to use the replace built in the standard lib. I don't think the dev had written a full escaping function, it was just a method to deal with the apostrophes.
> drones have made tanks obsolete
Considering how the Ukrainians are still asking for tanks and other armored vehicles, I'm not sure it's the case already, at least in that current conflict.
An other unrelated service, which is unavailable in many countries (and part of some countries), including countries where you could buy the game.
At this point isn't the identity of the killer a certainty? Or does the NYTimes wait for the trial to be over?
there's a French wiki page on this: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Droit_de_pr%C3%A9emption_urbai...
But basically, yes, the city has 2 months to match the price. The city can also offer a lower price, which can be refused (so no sale at all) or can be argued in front of a special judge, who'd rule if the price offered by the city is acceptable, depending on the local housing market.
It's not a rule that's specific to Paris, but which is applicable in most French cities.
the first time the US got dragged screaming and kicking into the war... And the second time, they might have sat most of the conflict in Europe if they hadn't gotten war declared on them by Hitler
I know I'm pretty bad at UI/UX, so could you explain how the old.reddit.com is terrible? Like it's not usable on mobile, but on desktop I have no issues with it.
Here in France, the daftest I've seen is the Audi e-tron, with etron meaning turd... Though it's been out of common use, so Audi just left the name as is.
I took part in one campaign for a video game last year, but it's a niche game in a niche genre, so I don't think it's been covered anywhere. Though two video game projects I backed in 2020 & 2021 have likely been covered, though I haven't kept up with the news. And I agree that the gaming press have stopped covering crowdfunding, mostly I guess because all the failed projects and scams, not helped by the long delays.
And they seem quite bad at it, considering the state of the various balances they are supposed to maintain (or at least those in France where I live)
I'm relieve to see I'm not the only one to spread mustard on bread. (though I do it in part to subsitute butter/cheese on my bread)
