Embed is basically like using iframe, so where one is blocked, the other one is too.
The author simply loaded the SVG via the image tag, which renders it inert.
FYI millions of readmes have had SVG badges for years.
I, asymptotic young person with nCoV 2, am spreading it today. The “yet” part is completely irrelevant to this point in time.
Good thing I was an earlier GitHub Actions adopter because now I don’t have to do as much work.
White is white. White on a display is the brightest point the display can display.
What Apple is doing, as the article explained, is showing regular white as gray. That’s not cool, that just stupid. It’s exactly what TVs at Best Buy do when showing SD vs HD content: They ruin the regular image just so you can see the difference.
The issue is that my monitor is not a demo display, it’s what I use sometimes in daylight, and I’d very much appreciate that extra brightness that Apple takes away from me.
You know what this means for you? Everything you see and watch on your computer is not a bright as it could be. On an LCD screen that’s a big deal because suddenly your blacks are brighter (because of the backlight at 100%) and your whites are dimmer (because Apple saves brightness on the off chance that you have HDR content)
Also for whatever reason even with the right headers I could never force CloudFlare to actually cache everything. I think it will just keep a copy of a visited page in some servers, but not in all, and definitely it won’t cache the whole site at once.

And… PHP in a MD file?I know that there are some websites that take care of this… for money. Unfortunately $20/month is not in the budget for one-off sites.
Surely you can fix 40-year-old machine with new software, but how long did it take to write that software and how much more could the machine do if it could be upgraded today?
Also good luck taking iPhone photos in real time with a Pentium 3.
Apple needed to get the platform to the market and what they've done so far is everything they needed to do. They haven't even updated the whole line yet, so just give it time and let them improve the basics first (no, virtualization isn't "the basics")
M1 computers literally just started being delivered last week; Being able to do something on a brand new platform is at the very least something to be pleased about. Given how good the system appears to be on all fronts it's normal that people are excited.
It's not "exceptional" but it just shows that, even with a whole new CPU underneath, developers will soon be able to do everything they're used to.
Give it time and someone will run Linux without virtualization on it.
I don’t understand most of your complaints. Web-ext does not need Visual Studio, it installs just fine on macOS. You should open an issue if you can’t install it on Windows.
Also deprecations happen frequently on npm so, while they’re annoying during instal, they’re not really a big deal, modules still work.
The downside of this is that it means no HMR support whatsoever.
