Looking for some feedback on how I can improve the UI and UX. I'm learning web development and this seemed like a good opportunity to showcase some of the things I've learnt.

on ubuntu

- terminator

- apt

- pick color utility

- plex although i used it briefly

- blueman to get bt audio working for my sennheiser btnc 4.5

- openssh

on macos

- iterm2

- homebrew

- macsfancontrol on my intel based macs

- amphetamine

regardless of any os

- vscode

- vim and neovim now a days

- brave browsers tor window option

- google docs

- git

- fortune, lolcat & cowsay

I've been using VS Code's SSH Extension for the code that is deployed on a laptop running Ubuntu that's older than my 2017 macbook air but sufficiently powerful. Thanks for mentioning the X forwarding.

Weird how I can't join pixelfed.social. I tried looking up how to register and the registration link is supposed to be there on the homepage according to their help center, but all I see is a login form
