Building The Square (thesquare.is) - a challenge to leave your phone completely untouched for one uninterrupted hour.

Inspired by Malevich’s Black Square and Suprematism. No feeds, streaks, badges, or distractions, just a black square and time away from your screen.

Now available on iPhone, Android, and directly in the browser. Start anytime, with up to 3 attempts a day.

Built out of my desire to reduce my own screen time. Any feedback is welcome. Contact: thesquare.pwa@gmail.com
