I released a number of successfully apps on the App Store a few years back. Some of my apps were featured by Apple. My apps made me a boatload of cash ($500k+) back in the App Store gold rush days.

I have not had the time to update any of my apps but I'm still passively making around $60 a day between 13 apps on two app accounts. All of my apps are paid (no in-app purchases / no ads).

My apps are mostly educational.

$60 a day of passive income on products I haven't touched in over two years even surprises me.

I plan on getting back into the app game next month. I'm setting aside time to update all of my apps and do some marketing.

I own a large tech blog that runs ads for revenue.

I have a few apps on the App Store that do well.

I run a few SaaS products.

These revenue streams generate enough income to give me, my business partner, and our employees a comfortable life. We have an amazing office in Ann Arbor. The business has no debt. We don't need funding. I designed and developed all of our products myself.

At the time, maximizing my current revenue streams is far more important to me than generating new ones. It's not easy managing multiple products and websites.

I developed an educational app in one day. Apple featured it right around Christmas. Best Christmas present ever. I made enough money in that one month to pay off all of my credit cards and student loans. I even paid cash for a late-model car that month. Part of that money also helped my company lease a kick ass office. We went from subleasing a dark attic above a video production studio to leasing our own class A office.
