Isn't it over version 30 now?
We've got Ruby already installed and we offer Ruby on Rails so Sinatra should be okay to install. Obviously on the shared platform anything considered highly intensive or anything which will require ports opening won't be allowed. You'll need a VPS for that.

I think half the battle is just forcing yourself into getting things done. Usually once you're into a task it's harder to stop than it was to initially get started.
They are offering better webspace and data transfer by the looks of it. We offer unlimited features where they don't as well as a telephone support offering. We also offer free setup on everything.

A couple of T&Cs: No cash alternative. The hosting account is non-transferrable, and cannot be transferred to another non-selected party. The shared hosting account can be cancelled at the end of the year if required without further payment or contract.

The price is per mailbox, so that's 10GB/mailbox for £19 per month. We also offer a licence and download for Outlook 2010 with each mailbox. OWA and ActiveSync are provided as standard, so maybe we need to make that more clear. Setup is also free and instantaneous. We're hoping to bring the price down per mailbox at some point in the future depending on initial uptake.
