I recently backed Astro Slide on Indiegogo[0] and they do say it will be able to boot Linux alongside Android 11. The designer behind Astro Slide is Martin Riddiford who was also the designer of Psion Series 5[1].

I really wish they would implement tab stacking, that is the feature that I really miss from the old Opera, here is a video of how it looks in case you don't know: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWpJvg8icmM

I've tried to find an extension for FF that does this, but so far I was unable to find one.

GDScript will not be replaced in 3.0 but they will add support for other languages, like C#.

Personally, I find GDScript quite OK since you can treat it just like Python, and I think there are some interfaces that enable you to use real Python in Godot (check out their blog).

amarsahinovic··on Ask HN: Starting a web project in 2015. What stack to use?
First, I don't think that Rails (and similar) will become obsolete in a few years. Personally, if it's a serious project, I would go with the stack you know the best.

Now, if you're willing to learn something new, I would recommend that you try Phoenix http://phoenixframework.org/. It similar to Rails in structure, and Elixir (built on top of Erlang VM) is also similar to Ruby (syntax-wise).

amarsahinovic··on Ask HN: My 12 year old nephew wants to make a game, how do I help him?
I also recommend Game Maker, it's an excellent tool for what you need, you can make fully functional games quickly with only drag and drop, and when you learn enough you can dive into the code and do much more (if needed).
