Personally, I don’t see Democrats talking about masculinity that seems to be an obsession of the right.
I think it’s a meaningful because some of the people talking about masculinity and how the Democrats or the liberals want to take that away or get rid of it have often been the worst examples of it in my opinion. I also think it’s worth noting the leaders of political parties and how they themselves represent the values they claim to be fighting for.
I think this strongly depends on your reality and perception.
How is masculinity commonly understood and what examples do you have of the left and democrats not making space?
On the other side, how can you not see examples of toxic masculinity demonstrated from prominent Republicans including the president?

So they cut funding then put it back for possibly fewer studies, but with new press release?
Building things takes time, destruction does not. The protest vote was in favor of destruction.
I don’t think Biden was status quo so much as he led a deliberate and traditional administration.

The press had been access prior and the difference now is that they will lose access unless they agree to report what they’re told.
Based on what?
Fortunately, the Trump administration has given us an example of what a threat and coercion actually looks like. They declared exactly the action they would take if they did not get their preferred outcome and it’s clearly politically motivated.
That’s quite a bit different than we’re concerned about this misinformation and would like you to do something about it.
I think a reasonable and nuanced debate can be had on whether or not that was appropriate, but there is a difference.

And it cost less than $100 to get the battery replaced on any iPhone as far as I’m aware at an Apple Store without a warranty.
I don’t necessarily agree with the way that Canada handles people with past drunk driving convictions in the US, but that’s not the same thing as a blanket fee.
People with chronic health conditions spend an inordinate amount of time at the doctor and in hospitals. That could save a significant amount of money if that’s reduced or eliminated. Not to mention the time savings.
I could be wrong, but all things being equal doesn’t it make sense to spend $12k/year on medication than $12/year on doctor and specialist visits in addition to medication?
