Maybe that's the case. But as a new user, I find it very difficult to keep track of comments. Let alone any other standard social features that you expect from a community based site. Have a look at SO and see how friendly it is in comparison. HN even throttles link posts for new users; it's quite frustrating. When I post links from certain IPs (presumably because of my country), they don't get posted at all. The same links posted using a US based IP go through.

Would this add to load times on client end? Anyone know what kinda of delay do tools like these, NewRelic etc. add on the users browsing experience?

You would probably want to know that when you Google "leadgenius" or "lead genius", your site does not show in the first 20 results (atleast). You may want to improve your SEO, if you want to be found. It took me a good ten minutes but not before reaching another similar site- leadsgenie.us

I agree. The new iOS7 has built in filters when using the default camera app. It was only a matter of time before others caught up with it. Not that Instragram offers any mind shattering feature.

Since you mentioned crappy provider, I would like to add that there is an illusion of choice when it comes to SSL certificates. When I was purchasing an SSL certificate, I researched many and after speaking to the same sales rep on multiple sites, I realized they are all the same company. To quote-

Symantec’s family of dominant SSL brands includes VeriSign, GeoTrust, Thawte, RapidSSL and TC Trust Center.

They own about 70% of the certificates, all priced differently to give you an illusion of choice. So if one provider is crappy, their support is the same; and thus they are all crappy.

Agreed. But they always blow it out of proportion. As if the existing fingerprint systems are extremely insecure and theirs is not. The truth is they are all the same- insecure.

I don't understand how changing the design adds to functionality. Instead of giving a new half baked look, Apple could have concentrated on adding features to its existing look. Flat design is good but like most things its just a phase. Why not add background downloading etc. to the current design. From design point if view iOS 6 is fairly good and very consistent.

Am really confused. Why is a service like this needed? For example, I can use git-ftp to sync between Git and FTP. I can use Amazon's SDK to sync between Git and their services. I've been actively using both and they work brilliantly. Am sure the same can be done for other services as well. So why would I want something like this for $29/mo?
