How can I make a fasting cookbook? The fasting gets results. What I like about fasting is that a person can't get into an argument on the Internet with a troll about what foods a person can eat and which are not apart of the diet. Are potatoes Paleo or not?

This evolved in to him advocating fasting for his diabetic patients and has reversed people's diabetes. Bottom line is that it really works and gets results...and it is easy for people to follow.

The premise that food production is causing climate change is wrong. The ship Indiana Harbor, 1,000 ft long, delivers coal from Superior to a power plant near Detroit 2 times a week. It hauls 6 train loads of coal at one time. That power plant receives 3-4 shipments a week. Just one plant...but, cows are the problem...LOL!
