Personally I’d pay for it but I’m sure monetization is far more complicated. Hopefully you will have a breakthrough app (or two).

Oh the memories!
Related rant: I wish I could get my hands on one of those fancy continuous glucose monitors to correlate my findings. Damn hassle in the US with prescription and all.
My target (aka zone 2) is around 140 bpm which I can achieve by walking fairly briskly -- I can still hold a telephone conversation and breath through my nose.
I have tried running in the past but I kept injuring this or the other (not at all athletic). Doing "slow" 10k+ steps per day total did not help with my weight either. But just doing these 1-hr zone-2 sessions (3-4x per week) made all the difference. Ofc ymmv!

However, a big inflection point for me was getting hold of a good/capable IDE (intellij). It removes a lot of the drudgery.
You write test with yet-to-be defined functions. IDE let’s you run the single test (amongst many) with one shortcut. Fails ofc!. Then you use a shortcut to let IDE implement the function (takes you where it needs to be implemented, easy with python modules eg. YMMV). Rinse and repeat.
(But if it’s intentional then RTFQ — sincerely your local curmudgeon)
I have a feeling this is where TDD loses out the most
I know we dont get paid by LOC but this recent obsession with compressing everything into a single line is off-putting.
