Perfect, I will send it to you when it is done! The ETA is 6 hours due to backlog.

Thanks for the tip! Technically, it works on every website, but I still need to review the results more thoroughly for full-site crawls. For pages with lots of content it works really well now.

It works better with editorial content, like blogs, guides, etc.

Do you want me to run it on your site?

I just added a new icon, much better. Thanks for the tip!

The idea is to write one query and be able to view results on the major search engines. I have to investigate the supported advanced search feature for each first...

There are some options for date-ranges, but haven't implemented this yet. Will dive into it and add something more flexible!

Thanks, and that indeed looks a bit sad. Going on the hunt for something more colourful and let you know!

It is not always 100% accurate, but still pretty good after a number of different tries.
adriaanb··on Show HN: Qdorks.com – Advanced Google search query composer
Google uses different ways to decide if a webpage belongs to a specific country. Like domain name, search console country setting, server location, language, etc. Not sure if it's always 100% accurate...

Good catch! I had a look, and it didn't work because of the flags, moving them after the country names fixed it. Thanks!

I have added the source operator for you, so you can search in specific news source. Like: https://qdorks.com/q/RW69pYt754wX

Just add sources and change the keywords to your liking.

The name comes from "Google Dorking", but replaced Google with Q since it's basically query search string dorking :) Nothing to do with the current Q-hype!
adriaanb··on Show HN: Jwt.is – JSON Web Token Debugger
Thanks for this. Bookmarked!
adriaanb··on Show HN: Svelte Flow – a library for creating node-based UIs
Looks great and very useful!
adriaanb··on Show HN: Mailto-links are dead. Long live mailto.id
Thanks for the feedback! Really great to read the comparison with PO boxes :)

I am still working on it and in a couple of weeks you can change your handle, add random handles and change your email address. I am also thinking of adding basic statistics and improve the UX for people visiting the links/pages. Since that is also a big problem when using mailto-links. And some more UI sugar to make it look nice :)

In the Netherlands news agencies are developing search tools to make it more manageable. Something like: http://cablesearch.org/

What would happen if they didn't took steps?
adriaanb··on Let Amazon know we're boycotting them because of Wikileaks
What do you think would happen if Amazon didn't shut down Wikileaks?
adriaanb··on Let Amazon know we're boycotting them because of Wikileaks
'not a reason for independent businesses to start taking sides' That's the whole point, they did.

'it seems equally true that Wikileaks haven't really told us anything big we didn't already know, or at least suspect' I disagree on this and they aren't done yet. So you don't know what is next. Besides, why would you shut something down that isn't a real threat(yet)?

adriaanb··on Let Amazon know we're boycotting them because of Wikileaks
I think a whole lot of people would react to 'those who wrote and enforce the laws' when scenario 1 was picked. Shutting down Amazon sounds a bit to extreme imo.
adriaanb··on Let Amazon know we're boycotting them because of Wikileaks
They also sell books about politics, but it's about the AWS and Amazon selectively shutting down it's services towards clients.
