About the gig:
At a high level, you’ll be joining our team as a junior engineer to work with our clients to tackle their problems and help them achieve their business goals. Experience and Skills:
- 1-2 years developing code on the LAMP stack w/ modern PHP (v5.2+)

- HTML/CSS
- Source control, preferably git
- Previous experience interacting with clients would be a definite plus

As you pointed out, a CSS framework would certainly help but I'd argue in that case you might be better of starting with something else.
That of course, leads to the issue of having your configuration separate from your implementation/code.

All three "levels" use the same dataset to verify the information. We use a third party provider that provides a look up service against a mix of credit and government issue data.
