If it's useful to an LLM its useful to a human, information should be treated as human first, the LLM will come along with it.
A ridiculous take
May everyone find their niche but inclusion does not work when barrier to entry is reduced to near zero.
From first principles a community that relied on high friction knowledge attainment as the barrier to entry does not survive contact with LLMs. That extends far beyond "programming" as well.
Humans need to review this stuff yall there's no way around that, apparently to some, very inconvenient reality.
This is quite literally, objectively what it means lol. No human will ever seen it.
Thats fine, theres still a chance it fails.
> There is no possible solution which will satisfy someone who has zero tolerance for letting an LLM execute tool calls because they will always find something.
This is generally correct, security goes completely out of the window with this stuff. It will/currently is a security disaster and theres no actual solution to it.
This is such an unserious approach.
Yes and many programmers who came up in the 80s or early 90s writing C or equivalent decry these tools as ruining XYZ thing. LLMs are the same effect just on steroids
You dont understand that people have hobbies they enjoy doing? Because thats the entire point of the article.
The entire point of the article was the hobby is ascribing value to that tedium that the LLM is removing.
Keeping the experience bearable BY gatekeeping. That is the point, gatekeeping is not inherently a bad thing. It's a required thing in many circles.
