VAT in Denmark is "only" 25%
At least it's enough for me to know to avoid it when I'm searching for a solution to a problem.
An important detail of the sale was that in the agreement for buying the islands, it was actually written down for the first time that Greenland was part of Danish territory.
So if the virgin Islands hadn't been sold Denmark's claim to Greenland probably wouldn't have held until today.
A small bit of information about what's growing on the field (alfalfa), the date it happened and what farm equipment are generally used at the time would make it pretty easy to conclude.
So just because you're not convinced doesn't mean they aren't right.
I've tried books, boring stuff, and many online tutorials. But taking an actual course was what helped me.
Example, I don't know about a terminal on linux that both works as a drop down terminal (quake-like) & supports inline images.
Or split screen & password manager.
"That does not mean that the GDPR is respected. Indeed, the user not only has to click on the button “More options” to access the configuration, but the display of the ads personalization is moreover pre-ticked. However, as provided by the GDPR, consent is “unambiguous” only with a clear affirmative action from the user (by ticking a non-pre-ticked box for instance)."
I don't think the "More options" issue would have been too much of an issue if all the options weren't preselected.
In Denmark there is no reason for anyone to be homeless by purely economic reasons, but we still have about 6500 out of a pop. of 5.77M
Nowadays I wouldn't have much use, but as a student they were godsent.
