Please reflect on your work. Have you done deep work or is it mostly job hopping and somehow delivering few projects here and there? You will be your best judge. Some people are shallow inside but very confident inside; others are pretty strong internally but never feel confident, and so on. If you are someone who needs to have done real strong work, end to end, throughly to feel confident then do it. Study hard and work on side projects (starting from simple to complex) to gain more confidence. Compare yourself with your past self and not from others... Wish you good luck.

Take a break, especially if you have money saved up. I have done that in the past and don't regret it. Yes, it may take a few months (prepare for the worst) BUT no one deserves to suffer in a toxic work environment.

In that case, consider having good enriched data on 100K startups (assuming it will cost you only $200) and then reach out to Sales teams and Founders with pre-built reports of xx number of company details in their target niche. Could be target companies list, competitor list, newly arrived list, etc... Just some random thoughts. Good luck !

Pretty good. More data, more up to date data will keep it useful. How do you plan to get distribution. IMO there is a need for a Cunchbase alternative given many of the CB's features are on paid plan; but then you also have to think about monetization somehow (?).

If someone never moved into web development and still coding C++ on Windows, do they survive? Maybe they did, having some job somewhere in a legacy company, or maybe they are doing some real cool stuff at Google etc. But for the majority of the people web is the default now. IMO, it will be the same for AI. You can probably survive and hold some legacy jobs in some legacy companies but majority of the people would have moved to AI (and it will be faster than desktop -> web migration). But why even worry about he hype. Leave the hype aside (stop browsing LinkedIn if that helps) and start learning a little bit every day/week.

Nice. Are there any communities already? I tried to search for a few phrases and looks like there is no community yet. Is this multi-tenant? UX is good but what about GTM/Growth? Have you thought about how will you get people to use kocial to create communities, over say, using Slack or Discord?
