I guess he is not yearning for dictatorship, the style of censorship is the question. Preventing access to information is bad, but likely less harmful than deception.
Yes I remember doing something like that in 90s for a survey/map engineering cad application. After delaunay triangulation, calculating approximate voulume is easy. But this probably is a more general solution
When I moved from Kotlin to Go because of a job change. it was painful. Apart from its runtime benefits, it is overrated IMO. it lacks basic conveniences. Go is not a simple language, it is a primitive language.
In one of my previous work, I was "forced" to enter a public union. They were simply leeches sucking government money (surprise, government was paying union premiums) through workers with almost no actual benefits. Whenever somebody glorifies Unions I just chukle.
