If you squint a little bit most systems looks like a feedback loop and my not very confident interpretation is, judging from the last picture, that the author thinks we have a runaway inflation problem (zeros on the right hand side of the plane) and we might or might not have the controls to move them to the left hand side to tame it.
Some people (especially the ones profiting from the current system) do not want to change the fundamentals though. In those cases shortening the feedback loop by cutting the cycles could also mitigate the problem. Also reducing the obscene amounts of power we put in a selected few hands could help.
I'm not holding my breath over the situation changing in the near future, but 2 years of remote work do make people reconsider things.

Or intuitively as t tends to infinity the system would be tending to some form of dictatorship.
>Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
and I would argue Scrum is a process and a rather heavyweight one. Thinking in terms of Scrum instead of your team/members and their preferences is getting it backwards.
Imo if one can log into an account they should have the right to request a delete/download for all associated data. Considering PII could very much be involved self service would even be better.

The rest is not strictly about M1/Apple, but I found technically superior hardware can be quite sluggish depending on your software stack.
tldr; the revolution is still a bit further down the road
