I'm still in validation step, wanted to know if people are interested in such service before I jump in to development.
Honestly I just wanted to dive into development and dealing with code, but if I want a proper product I need to validate it first and I need to deal with people and make them top priority rather than my personal interest in coding :)
Wish you all the best in your app, I think a touch of css would change it drastically (I'm sure it's on your list)

Do you have any advice on how to be fit in the 30s? maybe any specific exercise(s) that you'd recommend?

All other countries (except some like Sudan) doesn't require a visa for Syrians, while all other countries require one.
The world still doesn't understand this war we have and think it's a civil war.
People can't imagine that the few news they hear is true, they think exaggerated news.. believe me, it is not exaggerated at all, the opposite is true.
Children died from chemical weapons, a father has held his two twins after they died, all of this are happening to Syrians, and no one cares.
For Syrians, Turkey has done a lot and we appreciate it a lot, and we pray that Turkey stays safe in all aspects.
We just keep it simple like:
- No one pushes to master.
- For every feature (or update on a feature), create new branch.
- Send pull request for reviewing (one of us is the reviewer).
- Merge pull request into master.

You could try git workflow, but it's just too complicated for small team (and for large teams too?).
If you can afford to hire a programmer to code for you it'd be fine, so you can focus on other things.
it has a chrome app, Android app, or you can just you it from browser.
