_kbtz··on Ask HN: What Are You Working On? (July 2026)
Working on seaticket, an ai agent for issue tracking and management, built for developers, open source projects and teams supporting self hosted software.

The problem i faced for 12 years working on seafile and seatable: github, discourse forum, email and internal docs all are fragmented and separated form each other, so if a issue comes so my team has to work manually, by finding the exact solution from the docs, and searching for context. we spent more time finding the right answer rather than actually working for product.

as if we don't give the right answer fast, the user will think they don't care about their product. so that's why we built our own ai agent that connects all of them and search by using the vector and keyword to provide the relevant context from everywhere not only the internal docs but also related issues find in the github, forum, or email. which makes our support team faster and we resolve more issues effectively and efficiently.

i want to hear form you guys what you do, and if there are any SaaS like us that we have built that does the same thing.

_kbtz··on Ask HN: How do you handle ticket management across Discord, GitHub, and email?
good to know, i researched about help scout and i think it has a complete different use case, (i am not sure what is your industry and what you do, dont want to make an assumption) but i would say that it works for replying fast for a support inbox. it doesnot integrate to the famous support platforms. The original problem is about finding duplicate issues that are scattered in other platforms, like github, forum or a discord. how you resolve them. otherwise you would have to manually find out the resolution for your self.
_kbtz··on Show HN: SeaTicket – AI-powered issue management platform
We built the best Help desk platform for all your support issues. your users from Github, Forum and email can now get up to date response from your documentation now. As AI agent will cross reference every issue with your connected sources including the Github, forum and email and also your documents like Website, Confluence, and notion. Then give you a actionable suggestion like write a reply, or suggest you to create a new ticket (if the issue is new). And it will all happen inside this platform. i believe this is best for open source teams and devs as it will help them resolve issues faster, and efficiently.

Thanks for your support
_kbtz··on Show HN: SeaTicket – AI agent that resolve issues from GitHub, email and forums
Author here. I founded SaaS products like Seafile and SeaTable. Over time, support became a major bottleneck. A lot of work went into switching between GitHub issues, forum threads, and email support, and rebuilding context before anything could be handled. With SeaTicket, everything related to support is handled in one place. An AI agent pulls related historical discussions, reconstructs context, and suggests possible resolutions and replies. When resolved, it syncs updates back to the original source and keeps the history for future cases. The goal is to reduce the amount of manual context switching and repeated investigation required for support work. Welcome for the feedbacks.
