The best thing I can suggest is let them observe and watch your work. Setup the computer in a shared space with a large monitor so they can watch. If they see you having a fun time with the computer, they will naturally become curious.
If they come to you with questions, guide them and provide resources. Don't push.
Good luck...
Learn about implementing code coverage into your projects so you can track the percentage of code paths which are actually being covered by the tests.
Once you have the mindset of actually testing your software and tracking the code coverage your entire approach to development will change and improve.
She is known for starting public beefs with high profile celebrities over social media. Billboard even has a published list of these feuds: https://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/hip-hop/8455742/a...
Slightly related, here is an Azealia Banks track that is popular: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3Jv9fNPjgk
I've been running a small service similar to their new "Serverless Platform" for some time and was approached by them in 2014 to see about joining their team.
Ultimately I ended up deciding not to join because I wasn't convinced there was a strong enough engineering presence in their leadership to make a good product. The next couple of years should be interesting to watch if they can actually build a profitable product.
Why is doing "in-line" signatures a worse design or a source of vulnerabilities? Are there any benefits for providing an in-line signature?
Any examples or additional information would be appreciated. Trying to better understand the issue at hand.
I'll keep an eye on the Github Issues and may make a PR.
Is an early version of the application with no unit tests and it eagerly calls `sh` command with string input ( see: https://github.com/egoist/maid/blob/master/lib/index.js )
I would be worried that some parse error or non-obvious typo in the Markdown format could result in `sh` accidentally running something destructive locally.
Still though, I like the idea and am now following the project, you should keep working on it!
You may want to consider running the Node tasks in a separate subprocess instead of using `require-from-string` module in parent process. You could also try using https://github.com/stackvana/microcule to add support for subprocess execution and multiple programming languages.
I think many of us here have been contacted ( unsolicited ) by Google for job interviews in the past.
My Google interview story ends with me stopping the 8th interview ( 4th technical interview ) half-way in due to the frustration of listening to my interviewer loudly reply to text messages on his phone while I'm trying to write very complex source code into a shared Google Text Document using no other development tools.
At one point the 8th interviewer asked me if I had ever used Github before. Considering Google cold-contacted me on my public Github email address and half my resume was Github projects it was obvious this guy didn't even look at my resume...
The company mentioned to give the money, "Dfinity", has no mention of Scuttlebutt on their Twitter, Medium, or company website. I can only seem to find things related to the Dfinity token presale and airdrop, which I assume is an ICO.
Scuttlebutt would greatly benefit from having a real source of funding. If anyone can provide proof Scuttlebutt is now funded please post it here.
I believe the actual number is 0. Would be pleased to hear otherwise.
With that being said, I don't think Scuttlebutt has any chance of succeeding. SB network has some fairly serious architectural issues which may or may not have solutions that are achievable with the current design. I ended up uninstalling.

Super recognisers are able to remember faces very well and score high on the Glasgow Face Matching Test.
I'm not using Vim, but I do keep configuration files for my local text editor.
An alias is only going to be available to the current shell and it's going to be stored in memory. A script is going to be accessible to the entire system and stored on disk.
In the majority of my use-cases I require shipping software to production systems and my scripts are used to manage production services. The last thing I want to do is having to manage aliases on multiple systems ( some of which I do not own ).
It's better to learn and remember the exact commands. If you find yourself typing the same long command over and over again, the task should probably be automated or scripted as part of a separate pipeline.
Assuming you are successful with aliasing and don't accidentally do something unexpected and catastrophic to your system, the moment you login to another system you will be lost and unable to remember any of the original and core commands.
We tried using a similar service "IOPipe" last year and really had trouble with their offering. https://www.iopipe.com/
It would be nice to see more companies providing this kind of observability services ( especially for multiple cloud providers )

Aside from the blatant identity politics of this "crime.team" site, it seems to be about the site creator trying to sell other people's submitted work for free.
> By submitting your stack, you are giving me permission to sell your stack as part of HyperCard Zine. I ask that, if your stack is published as part of HyperCard Zine, please wait at least a year after publication to sell it on your own.
Hard pass.
The video was really laggy, skipped dialog due to lag jitters, and served up 15 minutes of ads for 22 minutes of content.
Ended up not watching the show because of NBC site not working right.
I don't have any turn-key solutions available for setting up the software, but we are working on it.
I wish I could offer you more at this point. You can signup for updates on our site and we'll send an email when we have something ready.
I'd suggest hacking away on your own solution and post a write-up on what you ended up using. The hardest issue I've encountered so far is local voice detection. Still trying to figure out the best solution for that.
It's really good to see more developers getting into the space of writing open-source platforms for services. I believe there is room for much growth in this field. I'll take a deeper dive into 1backend and check out how it works.
hook.io has pretty much a zero dollar budget and maybe $150 spent on marketing. It's been slowly and steadily growing for the past years and I'm happy with it's progress. I'm currently working on building integrated hardware solutions with raspberry pi to offer an open-source local version of Amazon Echo or Google Assistant type devices.
The only thing I don't like about Webtask is that it's not an open-source project, so there is no way for me to run their backend on my own hardware ( like a raspberry pi ).
I'm using this service everyday, also I created it.
A quote from the documentation page you linked:
> With the default registry (registry.npmjs.org), unpublish is only allowed with versions published in the last 24 hours. If you are trying to unpublish a version published longer ago than that, contact support@npmjs.com.
There is currently no way for a user to remove their own packages or unpublish packages anymore from the public NPM API ( a change following the `left-pad` incident ).
This leads me to believe this was an internal NPM error. My guess is employee error.
FruityLoops is a great start to learn the basics of audio sequencing such as: tracks, beats, bars, measures, tempo, basic mixing and effects.
Once you've mastered FruityLoops, I'd recommend switching to Cubase or Ableton Live. There are a lot of VST ( Virtual Instruments ) synths available for free which can offer a lot of unique tones ( not pre-sampled audio ).
There are a lot of YouTube tutorials available now for all these tools, which can really help. Reddit also has a few good sized subreddits for digital music production and is a good place to get help or advice.
