Also I didn't, and would never, vote for Trump.
This is absolutely 100% wrong. In price negotiations you will almost always fair better if you force the other party to bring up a number first.
You give it to them when you sign up for that stupid rewards card.
>Even as the big publishers work to increase the proportion of sales that come from digital products, they’re still largely dependent on physical books.
The other issue the large sum of money they want to charge per book. The cost of the books is so high that it is propping up "physical book" market. Mostly because publishers have offered no way to resell your digital or ebook. Lots of students buy used text books, and students that buy new often sell their books to recover some of the cost when they complete the class. The publishers see digital books as a way to prevent students from doing this so that everyone has to buy new (at the ridiculously high prices). The students are going to do what is economical for them, until the prices either drop significantly, or you offer an online marketplace where students can sell/trade digital books then physical college text book industry will be here to stay.
That isn't the definition of stealing. In fact I would argue, while it is dishonest, it isn't stealing in slightest. Stealing means you took something, without agreement, that rightfully belongs to someone else. The scheme is more accurately described as fraud than stealing.
>long before he enlisted a programmer to build a system that authorities say was designed to cheat the market.
What exactly was the system doing to "cheat the market"?
If all the world leaders were required to take psychedelics on a quarterly basis there would likely be no need for warriors.
Every war is a civil war. We are all humans.
YUP, this right here. SELinux needs to be way more user friendly if you want to see wider adoption.
OH GOD WHY? Have you used SAP? SAP is the most expensive pile of shit I have ever seen. No company in their right mind would deploy such a system at this point in time.
That is funny because I have setup Apache, Nginx, and IIS web servers before and by far the one I found to have the most nerdy complexities is IIS.
Personally I found Nginx configuration much simpler than Apache. I think Nginx is pretty intuitive, it certainly is much supplier than IIS, which is a nightmare.
Not if there aren't drivers written for your OS it won't. Unless you are the type of person who can roll your own drivers.
Compared to C++, C# and Java, Python is still MUCH easier to learn. Python and Ruby are the easier languages to learn. I have to agree with the other commenter, why learn a toy language only to later have to learn a real one? That is a waste of time.
