American exceptionalism is when European countries go bankrupt?

Except for some members going bankrupt every once in a while.

Which corporations "that answer to no one" (no publicly traded companies) have hijacked the political system and which policies have come about as a result that have hurt the majority of people actually represented by that system in ways that aren't:

A) Vagaries that most people don't actually care much about.

B) Tradeoffs that didn't go the way you personally want.

Not much harder. The state of the art of phishing right now is proxy based setups like evilginx which pass along credentials in real time. Then you just save the session cookie or change/add the 2fa mechanisms so you can get in whenever you want with the stolen credentials.
