You can do the same trick with natural numbers to "prove" that they are uncountable too - just drop the duplicates. 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, ... 0.9, 0.11, 0.12, 0.13...
Unfortunately, neither of these sequences contain the real 1/3, so they have gaps.

It shows the tiers from 0 (free) to 87 (USD 999).
Then come the party tiers: 510, 530, 550, 560, 570, 580, 590 which are just repeats of the other tiers, probably for some good historical reason which I'm not aware of.
We did then have lots of fun in the composition thing...
I get the impression that things like LFS, submodule and subtree are hacks added onto git to try to make it behave like something it isn't.
- Pressing enter results in just adding a newline, without copying the whitespace from the previous line OR - Pressing enter results in addine a newline, copying the whitespace, but replacing spaces with tabs on the new line
I guess if someone could once show how to make it so adding a newline to:
<tab><space><space><space><space>foo
(when configured with 4 space tabs) I get: <tab><space><space><space><space>foo
<tab><space><space><space><space>
Instead of: <tab><space><space><space><space>foo
<tab><tab> {
<tab>foo(arg1
<tab> ,arg2
<tab> );
}
Though I think this example is less likely to be controversial: {
<tab>bar(); /* Some comment
<tab> * across two lines */
}
But it is all fine, because I don't really feel like I need to defend my preferences - that is the nice thing about them.However, if you can tell me how to get visual studio to do this, then I would be incredibly grateful.
In my opinion mixing spaces and tabs is completely fine because they are for different things. Tabs for indentation, and spaces for alignment.
Why no auto indent? Because the editor doesn't have enough information to do it correctly (e.g. perhaps you are about to paste some code which is already indented as you want it). I am not saying you should have the same preferences as me, but I am pretty happy with this behaviour, and perfectly ok with pressing tab after enter (or even pressing space 4 times - again, this is just my personal preference and I know that there was a time in my life when I would have looked at this with disgust).
So - how do I configure VS to do what I want?
1) Pressing tab inserts a tab 2) Pressing space inserts a space 3) Pressing enter inserts a newline, with the new line starting with the same whitespace as the previous line 4) Pressing shift-tab removes the leading tab from the start of the current line, or N(=4) spaces from the start of the current line
No surprises, no auto-formatting, no having to go and reconfigure your text editor behaviour when you find random files with different conventions, no modelines etc. I see the huge depth of preferences in VS, and think it must be possible, but every time I come away less confident.
Even calling C++ code from compilers other than the one you were using (e.g. you are using a 3rd party precompiled library) is a risky proposition.
It is available in all the countries that Apple says they will handle the tax for. Any country where I need to worry about tax is unfortunately missing.
There are probably heaps of ways to monetize it (from what I can tell, the "buy a game upfront" model is mostly dead and everything is now free to play. But the reason I'm mentioning it here is because "I don't care if this succeeds".
It was written in C (using SDL2 as the library for getting things on screen). I did have a version in swift, but being able to do most of the development in linux made made things much better for my workflows.
Thanks for the download.

I have wanted to be able to play this game for a long time, and probably thanks to pandemic, I did the work to enable it to be shared with others. It has made a grand total of 3 sales this year, and that isn't really bothering me (the main frustration is the apple developer fee...)
There is various info (including a trailer of sorts) here:
