Constantly? My friends and I hardly ever talk about computers, and that's how it is for most people. What you are suggesting would be a very weird habit. Your friends have agency, are allowed to like or not care about Recall, and needn't be nannied the whole time. Reminder: being more tech-literate than the average person doesn't grant anyone the right to be annoying about such topics. Cherish the time with your friends instead.
This literally sounds like regurgitated shit from far-right politicians rather than thought-out analysis based on real statistics. In fact I would go so far as to suspect astroturfing.
"Decent living" for the standards of year 2000 perhaps. Real wages stagnated for a long time while rich got relatively even richer. Furthermore, the structure of the economy has been changing, it's just that Germany is slow to adapt (perhaps more so because of its aging population).
It's a built-in and supported workaround, just intentionally hidden (because Microsoft wants the average Joe / the masses to use an online account). That's not something that a random person came up with, even if it's not advertised.
IMO, that's the difference between straightforward and obvious. It's not obvious because Microsoft doesn't want it to be obvious. But one can totally tell a family member "press these keys, then type this command and press Enter" - non-technically inclined people couldn't care less about further explanation, only about the end goal. I've done more complicated troubleshooting over the phone...
He haphazardly ordered turning off "bloated" microservices, including the one responsible for sending auth codes via SMS for 2FA... Learning through mistakes is a thing particularly for newbies, but a CEO should absolutely have a clue about not micromanaging, especially in areas he practically doesn't understand and after firing most people who do.
