Thanks for making that clear. But making the user click on something is not really difficult. Don't get me wrong, I really love the possibilities this gives to web developers, I just wanted to point out that this will open yet another way to do harmful things, especially to novice users.
The problem I have with all these drop-in-systems is that the comments belong to the system in use. I want to be the comments part of my site because most off them add value to the articles. There should be at least an option to export all comments into a machine-readable format so that I could take comments with me when I want to change the comment system.
I think younger generations are getting more and more used to a digital-only workflow. I see also a shift in working habits from nine-to-five-office-work to asynchronical world-distributed work, which demands a such a workflow.
