Rompect··on I'd like to review your README
Actually, it's possible and even frequently used, for example in lazy-static, through the `doc_comment` crate.

    #[cfg(doctest)]
    #[macro_use]
    extern crate doc_comment;

    #[cfg(doctest)]
    doctest!("../README.md");
Now, the readme examples are tested like everything else.

Underpopulation is actually the problem in most Western countries.
Rompect··on The Economic Consequences of Increasing Sleep Among the Urban Poor
Adding to the previous comment, slaves also work much less effectively than employees because slaves have no incentive to try hard, since either way they will stay slaves.
Rompect··on Ask HN: Why is the Linux community struggling to implement hibernation?
When I had Manjaro on a desktop machine, hibernation worked out of the box and pretty well. I didn't use it that frequently though. But this was without full system encryption.
Rompect··on Twitch will ban users for 'severe misconduct' that occurs away from its site

Okay, that is actually a great idea

Then why are we continually sending aid to Africa which just powers their insane child boom?
Rompect··on Falling sperm counts, declining egg quality, and endocrine disruptors
Sorry to disappoint you, but the population is still going to rise, since this is not a global phenomenon. The areas with the already highest birth rates are not significantly affected.

Net worth obviously. Riffraff are mostly worthless creatures.

Rompect··on 20% of requests for Wikimedia Commons are for one image of a flower
I was born after 4chan was created and I found that image on reddit. It's pretty mild; one can tell quickly that it is a doll.
Rompect··on Google Deleted over 100k Negative Robinhood Reviews
Their billionaire buddies.
Rompect··on Google Deleted over 100k Negative Robinhood Reviews
It is totally obvious that the Google Play Store has fake reviews on every single app. I am not talking about bots; I'm pretty sure Google does it themselves. I have found apps which do absolutely nothing correctly and there was not a single positive review in the comments. Still, the app had a 3.9 rating.
Rompect··on Haskell is our first choice for building production software systems
In contrast, Rust's compiler sometimes gives suggestions for changes which can often just be copied.
Rompect··on GNOME has no thumbnails in the file picker and my toilets are blocked
So true. That is the biggest concern that I have with Linux overall.

Twitter Mobile is hands down the worst mobile website that I know. I always use nitter.net if I want to view something on mobile. Opening the browser and manually rewriting the link is more handy that clicking on it (e.g. in reddit). That should tell you something.

Rompect··on Why is the Google Cloud UI so slow?
FYI you can still switch to the old design. When the fake loading screen (https://smitop.com/post/gmail-s-fake-loading-indicator/) is loading, click on the bottom on "Prefer old design". Then you can set that as default. It is an absolute must for me given how fast it is.

Rompect··on Ethics in Strategy Gaming, Part 1: Panzer General
Feeling bad about a game is pathetic. I play Hearts of Iron 4 (with original flags, so a nazi flag) and the number of soviets that I have killed combined from all games as germany must be more than 100 million. It really is so much fun.
