Happy Fastmail customer here. I switched from Gmail several years ago, but the one thing I miss: staring emails (not pinning).

Please add a staring functionality.

Thank you.

How so?

> people hate hotels

Other than mandatory fees not displayed in the advertised daily rate, I have never heard of people hating hotels.

Airbnb listings also have mandatory fees not displayed in their advertised daily rate.

My understanding is that Airbnb took off because it was cheaper than hotels (however in general, that may not be the case anymore).

I think *people hate costs more than they hate services* (which is how airlines like Spirit and Ryanair have managed to do business).

It's possible that a renter put it there.

If the house owner never visits and contracts cleaning or managing of the house to another company, then I can see the addition going unnoticed.

It's interesting, but I watched a couple of the videos for the games, and I'm underwhelmed.

I imagine there's more potential, and I hope they find it. But the price is way past a scratch-an-itch purchase for me.

Also other things like red cars are more likely to have bumper stickers, XYZ model is more likely to have bumper dents, blue cars are more likely to speed on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons.
RandomBacon··on Which Cars Get Pooped on the Most? The Bird Dropping Report
They only surveyed 1,000 drivers? That does not seem like a good sample size for this kind of study.

If we're going to have Flock spy on our cars everywhere we go, and the cameras are good enough to track bumper stickers and dents, they should track bird poop and publish those results.

Kind of like how OkCupid used to use their data to develop and publish insights (before they sold out to the Match group).

If anyone has a friend or family member in the hospital, the best thing you can do is spend a few hours with them every day until they get out, or arange a schedule with other friends and family members.

Patients need advocates (and someone to help them from getting lonely, which also helps their recovery).

You go ER shopping today, before you have an unknown medical emergency sometime in the future.

Closest ER to work, to home, and maybe to any place you spend a decent amount of time at.

I'm not sure about South Korea, but in the U.S., halon started to be phased out in 1994 due to its ozone-depleting characteristics. I believe new facilities use CO2.

I'm guessing lithium-ion batteries were not a factor years ago when those decisions were made.

While I have no use for this, the idea is good for the very few people that might use it.

As someone who doesn't need this, it might be more interesting if there was an example on the homepage.

Good job on taking an idea and executing it.
