I just applied to the special projects SWE position.
My offer I had got rescinded so I would appreciate any help you could provide.
I just applied!
I recently had my offer rescinded so I appreciate any assistance that can come from that.
--- Overview
I've been brutalized by the market, being laid off last year and being forced to take contract roles. I had an offer for FTE but it got rescinded 5 days before start after I chose not to renew contract
~ 4 YOE at startups, primarily focused on proptech Looking to start somewhere ASAP, (by EOY, preferably)
I've applied to the backend position with the correct requirements listed but got rejected.
Does the job exist?
There's so many ghost job postings in this thread it's hard to know.
I have experience in the tech stack requested.
I have a feeling some jobs here aren't actually hiring. This isn't the first company on this list I've seen do this.
I even had an interview with someone at your VC firm but was rejected quickly for the regular SWE role, despite having many of the requirements.
It feels like a weird unexpected question

Hey, I'm Nathan from Greenville, SC. I got laid off the day before labor day weekend and have been struggling to get interviews since due to having only 3 years of experience. I got to the final round of one company but they didn't move forwards after I didn't recognize a pattern on a LC hard quickly enough.I have a background in innovation from school, clubs, and hackathons. I have about 6 months of team lead experience from my previous company and my managers said I was ready for a senior position, but I don't need it. I fell in love with the startup space at my previous company and would love to continue down the startup route
