Nadeus··on Show HN: I built a tool to send 10k emails for $1 via AWS
Same here. Can't manage to increase send speed in a significant way. Do you mind sharing what you optimized on your server to be able to send a mailing list to such a big number of subscribers?
Nadeus··on Ask HN: What apps have you created for your own use?
A ML powered tech news aggregator (I don’t advertise it as such anymore because it doesn’t really excite anyone apart from me): https://dupple.com/techpresso

I use it everyday alongside 25,000+ people to stay informed.

Nadeus··on Building in community
Even though I liked some of this article’s insights, I found out at the end of it that it is just a hidden ad for the author’s own community ($100)
Nadeus··on Don't compare yourself to other entrepreneurs
Yes totally - a lot of "entrepreneurs"/marketers publish these kind of articles as a pretext to promote their own businesses. Which isn't always bad, but in this case it is too blatant.

Why would there be more than 40 other campuses in the world that seem to be running smoothly then?

Actually it would be funny if you were right because it would mean I’ve met these guys back in France.

Regarding the scandals, it’s true that there has been a lot of them back when 42 was managed by the former director of Epitech (he had sexual relations at school).

But with the new director (who joined in 2018), things seem to go pretty smoothly

42 is not a company

I did my first internship at 42 Paris where they manage the whole 42 network.

On my first day, a colleague showed me a room filled with desk chairs that were from the Fremont campus and said I could bring one at home if I wanted to (which I didn’t).

Also, a lot of cameras and computers were allegedly stolen by students or returned to Paris unusable when the campus closed.
