If that was asked to you, how can you explain Naive Bayes classification in simple terms?
I'll show this to my friend. My friend is waiting an HTML5 version of Swing Copters since it was released! It's because I showed him this[1] and is interested to do something like it for Swing Copters. Now that there is an HTML5 version, he can now proceed to his project.
One thing though, I think this version is easier than the original game. :)

To show a work of mine, I created an open sourced automatic summarization algorithm called TextTeaser (http://www.textteaser.com/).
On a different note, I replied in this comment because I would like to ask something. Are there any other job openings at Kaggle? The career page only shows product manager and data scientist. I think I'm a mix of data scientist and a backend engineer. But I don't think I have experience doing work in energy industry.
After successfully created my overlay layout, I decided to create a website for our group of friends. I then uploaded it in Freewebs (now http://www.webs.com/). My teacher saw that site and ask me to join a competition. I won awards and made it up to 6th place in the national competition.
That was my realization. I realize that I can do and I want something like this. I decided to take up Computer Science in college. Learned how to code and that was it.
Thank you Friendster.
Like the text was teasered after it was summarized by TextTeaser.
I also own jolo.sexy. Just for fun though.
Today, $1 = P44.28 so P129 is just $2.91.
Of course it was adjusted with the market value here in PH. It was really a good deal. They also partnered with the telcos here to boost their presence. And I think, they don't have much competition here in PH.

I'm looking to try it in the near future. With a good training data, I'm looking into using genetic algorithm eventually evolving the text into an almost human summary. I'm excited for this!
I'm not really a book reader but I got hooked with the first movie and decided to read the books.
Got a question though. How do you determine the news to send? Do you check read it all or you have an automated system in place for it?
My creative mind is thinking, what if the topic is like this... "What is the worst thing you imagine that you can't ever do?" And then he replied that way.
Also, I don't get it why didn't manage to see the whole thread? I guess it is sort of publicly available and can be accessed without even contacting the Facebook authorities.
What's the topic of the thread? We don't know.
Edit: Let's also not disregard the fact that the screenshot can be all made up. They can't find the thread. Maybe it was edited, or created through Photoshop. I think it's fairly easy.
Hoping to lurk around though.
You guys wanna check out "A Look Back" [0]. It shows your highlights and moments in Facebook. It feels good reminiscing those moments. I wonder though, did they generate the look back videos for all of their users? I think that will require massive computation power.
Readborg is also tightly integrated with TextTeaser [1], an automatic summarization API that I created. Right now, it's on beta stage but you can already download it at Google Play Store [2] if Philippine news is relevant to you.

I don't have much data science background. I don't have any formal introduction in it. But when I started, I realized that my experience in building the algorithm is a good enough starting point. My point is, don't just take online courses, try to apply what you learn. Try Kaggle, can't vouch for it though, I still don't have a chance to try it. You can also gather data, do some data science out of it, post your findings as an article in your blog, and share it in social media. Not a sure fire, but can give you credibility and people will know that you knew something about data science.
In the blog, it mentioned that the rm -rf / was in his left chest. And in the website, it was said to be in his right chest. This is also the case for his sacred heart tattoo. Based on the picture, sacred heart tattoo is placed in his right chest.
I hope Luke is fine and okay.
