It broke mine... I used redsn0w to get it going again and then tried the iTunes update again. Seemed to work for me!

When I read this I simply had to try it out for myself and quickly plot the data. It's a nice reminder of the places I have been over the past year.

I don't mind that Apple have saved the information on the device, what I mind is that they haven't given us an option to clear the logs or to actually visualise the data directly from the phone.

phpMyAdmin needs a lot of work in my opinion, it feels incredibly outdated. SequelPro is probably the best MySQL front end I have ever used.

I've used PHP for Comet a couple of times and I've never had a massive problem with it.

The only thing I found was that the PHP sessions tended to lock the connection, so if you tried to change page it would never load. session_close() seemed to fix this pretty well.

Also, It's worth setting a time out because scripts often keep running in the background if the connection isn't closed properly.

I have a 50GB cap on the ISP I am with, and I cannot fault them for it as it uses BT's network.

It's sort of fortunate that my phone line is 40 years old because if it wasn't, I would download a lot more than 50GB/month

When you meet self actualisation, you get bored. I think it's always good to have something to keep you on your feet.

I think showing only the people who have a mutual interest is good, but I disagree with hiding the rest of their interests with people who are actually able to view their profile.

Perhaps think of it more the 'Like' button on Facebook

I think Yahoo Answers are quite useful. I hate Experts Exchange, however.

I have been waiting for this so I can hide Experts Exchange.

I never use frameworks... I don't really see the point. Most of the time it's just a few SQL queries and a few if statements.
