Hahaha cute.

Love your self management. Just have the balls later when you loose access :-)

"how come"

Where is your research paper?

Why do you only state your research as a hn comment?

Lemmi··on Profile of Sabine Hossenfelder
I remember that one and thought she had quite a neutral view on it.

The only concern she mentioned was a statistical point of a few more girls potentially being / having a little bit too much rogd.

Lemmi··on Profile of Sabine Hossenfelder
I have the feeling this might be a video were she gives more of some type of overview with her view without imposing a too strong opinion.

But I could be wrong this particular video I haven't seen yet.

Any examples?

Because she still gives good statistical overviews/analysis.

Lemmi··on My solopreneur story
I still wouldn't do sex work.
Lemmi··on My solopreneur story
I read it and I don't know it's a story I would not want to have.

It feels like the good friend who always has some side hussle instead of just doing something useful.

That's why you only pull official images and signed ones.

And that's why I have an in-between step.

Harbor.io allows you to configure it as a proxy with approval mechanism and cve scanning

Lemmi··on Ben Myers: Statement on Generative AI
Which is still a good thing.

The transition to a Star Trek society is not doable otherwise.

Apparently the workers were still well paid.

But this exploitation is everywhere.

The resources of my car have been extracted from another country and only a handful profit from that.

Lemmi··on Cache headers could probably be more aggressive
Interesting that he uses.some ext service for caching the images.

Doesn't this creates a security issue with ext content?

Shouldn't this easy to Selfhost through some nginx config?

Like nginx do a proxy pass upstream and cache and return a cache header? The only thing you need to do is either use a specific path or do the same as this service does with a URL at the end.

Of course denying random hosts l.

Should be doable in a few minutes

Lemmi··on Bard Can Now Connect to Your Google Apps
That's only your viewpoint.

I don't upload anything really private.

I want face detection and Auto tagging.

I want my assistant knowing my emails and managing my calendar.

Even doing API calls in my name for whatever.

And yes Google will find a reasonable way how to do it smart enough ish.

Lemmi··on Toyota Research claims breakthrough in teaching robots new behaviors
In short term perhaps but not long-term.

I believe they will send out a team to digitize the job site.

The team will then create a digital twin.

The architect will map everything into this twin.

The computer system will simulate the build steps.

Robots will be brought onto the job site and get a finetuned model (if necessary) and will build it automatically.
