This assumes random errors, which IIRC isn't the case for Oxford Nanopore.

Undergrad finishing year college, looking for an internship for the summer. I have experience with systems programming, especially in Rust (multiple open-source projects and contributions to the standard library). Also experienced in data analysis, especially in the biological sciences with multiple internships under my belt.
