Jantehon AT&T's network rocks, it's iPhone's problem

I get not signal in the house of my parents, my girlfriend and the most part of the village I'm from (which is in the middle of the 'Randstad'). T-Mobile's network sucks.

Agree. Once tried to order something from Newegg with a European credit card (I'm in the US at the moment) and after ordering I got an email that I canceled my order. I had to go the customer chat room and chat with one of their guys to find out they do not allow foreign credit cards. Went to Amazon and purchased the same product without problems. That was a $100 loss for them and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Take a look at your tab order, it goes from the review field to the name field, skipping the email field. Also, it isn't very clear to me how it will look at my own website. Do I embed the big box? what about customizing to fit my layout? etc.

If you are a student, use your university's network to access it through something like Business Source Elite or walk to the library and read the actual journal, it's a good read anyway! You can also ask someone with access to these resources to download the pdf for you.

Agile Web Development with Rails, 3th Edition served me well. Still going through the advanced sections, I think it covers most aspects. I have no experience with the book you mentioned so I don't know if they are similar.
