Harvesterify··on How to make Docker images even smaller
You could, but the biggest benefit of staged builds (IMHO) is that you can use a heavy base image for the build process (classic Ubuntu for example, where it's easy to add repositories and install dependencies), and a very small image for runtime (i.e. Alpine, busybox).

I find that it's easier to debug the build process with a "standard" distribution.

Harvesterify··on France bets on more nuclear power in face of Europe energy crisis
Your first statement is clearly wrong, or at least you should define what you call "lot of latency".

Third generation nuclear reactors in France do load following all year round, with great success: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Load_following_power_plant#Pre...

Harvesterify··on Scaleway Stardust Instances
For information, a `cat /proc/cpuinfo` indicates that the instance is running on a AMD EPYC 7281 processor, which has a 2.1GHz base frequency, and a 2.7GHz Turbo freq (https://www.amd.com/en/products/cpu/amd-epyc-7281)

I would confidently guess that's way more legitimate that any opinion you could formulate against this audit, based on ad hominem attacks.

Harvesterify··on Vitamin D looks powerful, underutilized for Covid-19
Cholecalciferol is used in over the counter supplements, not calcitriol (which is the active vitamin D form).

There also is a negative feedback for the conversion, that explain why there are so few acute vitamin D poisoning.

Harvesterify··on Vitamin D Insufficiency is Prevalent in Severe Covid-19
The paper you cited only deal with cell lines (i.e. in-vitro studies), whereas you can find good quality in-vivo RCT studies about both low grade inflammation and cytokines storm. Hell, you can event find meta-analysis for specific conditions and related inflammatory state (CHF, type 2 diabete, ...)

For example :

- Heart failure meta analysis: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29348609 - Type 2 diabete meta analysis: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29490085 - Type 2 diabete meta analysis: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29945132

Hell, we even have preliminary human studies dealing with just that: clinical outcome for patients admitted in intensive care unit, with or without a single mega-dose of vitamin D: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4939707/
