I went through a 1.5 year long process to ADHD diagnosis and being prescribed first methylphenidate and later LDX (Elvanse) in the lowest available doses. It's understandable that the Baltic countries don't want to add to the Fifth column of fervent Putin supporters they already have under the minority Russian population inside their countries.
