I assume it was just a failure to record the frame, but it'd be quite something if it was a drop frame from 29.97 video.
So, for example, a very big box full of hot hydrogen will eventually cool off. But, there's a tiny chance it may actually coalesce into life bearing stars. Such life may intentionally work towards increasing order, like Maxwell's demon.
So we try to extend entropy to life too and strenuously prove that it'll increase even when aware biological organisms work against it, while still excluding the same organisms from the observations entropy is derived from.
I do assume it's not the case, but one of the footguns with PHP is that assigning around large variables/arrays and triggering the copy-on-write can end building up the amount of duplicates of that data being kept alive. Pass by reference, unsets, generators and the like aren't used super often due to a lot of runs being small stateless requests, but sometimes they may be needed.

Thermal insulation would be nearly perfect and radiating excess heat can be passive, so there wouldn't be energy usage from that.
Europa surface is actually more hostile for life due to the heavy radiation from Jupiter.
If we find life in icy moons, then we have to consider that the number of icy dwarf planets in the Kuiper belt, the Oort cloud and the orbits beyond are likely in the thousands. As long as they kept some heat from impacts, nuclear decay or binary tides they may have oceans suitable for life. Impacts carrying life may be rarer up there but they are probably lower speed being in higher orbits, so they'd be more survivable for organisms.
Kdenlive does support MP4 as source assets, Resolve free only does ProRes MOVs and such. It's just an extra step with ffmpeg but still.
Has a decent track record for major version updates being easy to migrate to (even if many projects don't bother).
Works for quick and dirty bash-style scripting (not specially better than Phyton, but it does work).
