But that's only based on a bunch of anecdata.
Is the plan to have everyone so hopelessly dependent on their product that they grit their teeth and keep on paying?
No harm in being explicit right? Tis part of the zen of Python after all.
Py_DECREF(m)
Is it the metaclass?But it looks like Pangram is a text classifying NN trained using a technique where they get a human to write a body of text on a subject, and then get various LLMs to write a body of text on the same subject, which strikes me as a good way to approach the problem. Not that I'm in anyway qualified to properly understand ML.

I was wondering why the author was writing like a giant piece of shit, and then I googled him, and turns out that the author is that guy who begged Elon Musk for a chance to work fore free to fix everything and failed, and it really explains a lot.
> In 2022, shortly after the acquisition of Twitter by Elon Musk, Hotz announced that he had joined the company for a 12-week internship, with the task of fixing Twitter search as well as removing the pop up log-in screen displayed to users scrolling without being logged in to an account. On December 20, after less than 5 weeks at the role, he resigned, stating “appreciate the opportunity, but didn’t think there was any real impact I could make there”.
This is why I hate (HATE. LET ME TELL YOU HOW MUCH I'VE COME TO HATE YAML SINCE I BEGAN TO WORK WITH K8S) working with Helm charts. As an example from the Helm docs...
https://helm.sh/docs/chart_template_guide/yaml_techniques#in...
> Note how we do the indentation above: indent 2 tells the template engine to indent every line in "myfile.txt" with two spaces. Note that we do not indent that template line. That's because if we did, the file content of the first line would be indented twice.
So you end up with YAML that looks weird, and heaven help you if you refactor and now have to adjust all the `indent N` functions to a new value of N.
That said, Helm's approach of "YAML, but with Go templating" is the main source of my hatred - why they didn't take the "It's a tree, and this child node is designated to be replaced" approach is something that's always baffled me.
...ohhhh, that's why Peter Thiel has citizenship here.
Bloody hell.
But they've always had a flair for ship naming - Erebus and Terror, famous for Franklin's 3rd Expedition were originally bomb ships (that is, armed with mortars instead of cannon) of the Hecla class and Vesuvius class respectively, so firstly, naming mortar armed vessel classes after volcanoes, pretty cool.
But then check out the names of Erebus' sister ships...
* Hecla
* Fury
* Meteor
* Infernal
* Aetna
* Sulphur
* Vesuvius
* Devastation
* Volcano
* Beelzebub
You'd feel pretty badass serving on the HMS Devastation.
Fun fact - HMS Erebus took part in the Battle of Baltimore, so helped inspire that line from the US national anthem about "the bombs bursting in air"
I (ironically enough) spent some time replacing usages of it in Kafka test code with Mockito because of this, IIRC there was only one situation where Mockito couldn't easily replace Powermock and I'm pretty sure it was mocking out a private static method, so the solution was to refactor the code under test so that you didn't need to mock a private static method to test it.
But as a few Germans have put it to me - sure, there's corruption here, but at least it still gets things built unlike _Italian_ corruption.
Which is an... ...interesting point of view.

As for London, they built an entire industry around hiding money for oligarchs who stole it from their own countries. Maybe it's technically legal, but it's morally corrupt AF.
