It is very weird to me, why he doesn't use more of tidyr and dplyr. Those are wonderful packages. The whole part of changing types of data frame, would become single call to `mutate` from dplyr package.

There is great blog [0] post explaining working with those tools. What is most important here, is that dplyr and tidyr makes data organization and analysis concise, effecient and readable way.

If you want Ruby-like syntax with static typing and almost no type annotation then Crystal is good for you. Sadly no windows binary available

Frankly, probably the best introduction to Rust is "Rust by example" [1]

This is much more in depth + possibility of running code on site. I don't understand why rust site doesn't have links to this project.
