But, Beekeeper kind of seems slow/clunky? I ran a simple query in our prod DB that returned 906 rows x 60 columns – the app completely froze up and I couldn't even scroll down to the next few rows...
DSPs are integrated with a host of a data providers and exchanges that give advertisers the ability to target people based on location, demographics, what articles they're reading, etc.
In the past, I've tried to bring in our engineers to user interview/feedback sessions or customer meetings, but most of them didn't seem that interested in coming again.
- Sales: Salesforce, Gong.io, Intercom, Outreach, Highspot
- Product Development: Github, Jira, Pendo or Heap, Sketch, InVision
- HR: BambooHR, Lever
- Other: G Suite, Slack
That being said, this is what's the most common, not what's the best that's available. There's plenty of other SaaS products that might be better for your company and use cases!

I find it hard to reconcile that image with stories of him in the early days of Microsoft, where others described him as hyper-competitive, intense, and a bully. I wonder if he regrets how he behaved during his earlier periods.
They're bite-sized sales videos from a partner over there, I found a lot of value out of them.
For a sales strategy and organizational perspective, "Predictable Revenue" is a useful book.
The hardest thing for me to get right was empathizing with my prospects and their challenges. Putting yourselves into their day-to-day problems can be incredibly difficult to do correctly, but improving that skill really helped me in all aspects of the sales process.
This should raise all sorts of questions like, what's the value-prop of your product/service, what's your go-to-market plan, what is your experience building and scaling companies, etc.
If you can't personally be interested in the company after speaking to the founders - I think it's likely that it won't be of much interest to you.
Would suggest that you check out Patrick McKenzie's post about SaaS companies. Buffer fits the 'Low-touch SaaS' description pretty squarely - which would mean that they don't necessarily require a dedicates sales unit.
