CodeGroyperon ReKep: Spatio-Temporal Reasoning of Relational Keypoint Constraints for Robots

I love that Twitter is linked as tl;dr.

CodeGroyperon Legalizing sports gambling was a mistake

So what? It's pretty hard to tackle the root causes of anything and we are plenty happy with solutions that stop bad habits in other ways. Should we have the FDA just ban harmful substances or do we need to educate everyone about everything eatable? Surely education would be better, but it's just not feasible and creating a world in which you have to dodge yet another scam seems bad to me.

CodeGroyperon Legalizing sports gambling was a mistake

So? Literally the entire political apparatus depends on a few people enforcing their ideas of how the rules should be, and everyone else has to play by them.

CodeGroyperon Prover-Verifier Games improve legibility of LLM outputs

Very interesting. I always see the two techniques as complementary.

CodeGroyperon Every company should be owned by its employees

How is it a wild statement? The whole point of a company is to make money. It's like asking why workers care about their salaries.

CodeGroyperon New theory suggests time is an illusion created by quantum entanglement

I guess the word illusion is misused, as in a traffic jam is an illusion because it's just too many cars on too little road.

I don't think illusion is meant like hallucinations. But if it is meant that way, then I guess I can't be convinced anyway, since without time I can't change my mind from not believing that to believing it.

CodeGroyperon Loro's rich text CRDT

Supposedly you can always make a deep copy or a backup of anything you have.

CodeGroyperon Bun, JavaScript, and TCO

On https://bun.sh/guides/nextjs it says that bun currently does not implement the API to run the dev server.

CodeGroyperon Bun, JavaScript, and TCO

Love bun, thank you so much Mr. Sumner.

What is the priority of app router integration for NextJS?

CodeGroyperon Anselm's Ontological Argument: A Guide for the Perplexed

It would be silly to request material things as proof for immaterial things. Similar to math or ethics, it doesn't make sense to ask for material evidence that the square root of 2 is irrational or that torturing babies is evil.

CodeGroyperon Hylomorphism

It works well for computer science as well. Values have types (forms) and bytes (matter). One type can be instantiated in multiple ways, for example you can have multiple integers, like 1,2,3,4 or the bytes 01000001 can represent different information, like 65 or 'A'.

The interesting thing is null, because here the distinction sort of breaks down.

CodeGroyperon Causal Trees

I don't know what CRDT stands for, can anyone tell me?

CodeGroyperon Should you add screenshots to documentation?

Yes, make a reference to a picture generated by opening puppeteer in your CI or CD pipeline when building prod.
