Instead Qualcomm should improve their ACPI implementation and improve the kernels handling of it
It's more accurate than getting it from a NTP pool.
IIRC Linux doesn't need resizable bar enabled in the BIOS since the kernel will resize the bar if supported by the GPU, Windows however relies on the UEFI doing it which is where it being enabled in the BIOS is needed.
IIRC Snap relies heavily on AppArmor for sandboxing, so on anything non-Ubuntu the sandboxing is non-existent.
Right now on Flatpak, if I target org.freedesktop.Platform, when that gets security updates to libraries, my application will use them without needing to be rebuilt. I assume for cpak because OCI images are layered based on a fixed content commit, it won't get library updates unless rebuilt.
I do think Dockerfiles are a better mechanism than flatpak-builder specs, the ecosystem is huge.

We should thank the government for spending tax money efficiently.
You should blame the legacy aerospace companies whom purposely inflate contracts and take forever to do things for there being a lack of competition, not Musk.
