Banditoz··on VSCode's SSH Agent Is Bananas (2025)
The assumption being made is VSCode is not running on the prod machine.
Banditoz··on Claude discovers a novel enzyme system with CRISPR-like repeats
Who are you referring to? This reads like projection.
Banditoz··on Bend – A language that blocks AI mistakes via proof, on CPU and GPU
GitHub shows 44 contributors. 41 distinct users have merged pull requests.

...so now their work has been reduced to nothing?

Banditoz··on XCancel service is suspended until further notice
Is engaging with the site just reading its content, not liking or retweeting? Sometimes I just want to read a tweet thread that was sent to me without ditractions in a straightforward UI.
Banditoz··on ChatGPT Images 2.5
You're building a weak strawman here. The author didn't call you nor your son out specifically.
Banditoz··on I-have-ADHD: A skill to stop coding agents from burying the answer
How do these repos always have so many stars and forks? Roughly 1,800 forks, but only 40ish unique authors? Almost 30,000 stars? Something fishy is going on...
Banditoz··on Windows 11's "special" developer edition looks like another marketing misfire
Don't they just use Macs at Microsoft?
Banditoz··on Portal by Spotify cut my Claude Code token usage by 90%
Oh dear, why does this website override scrolling behavior?
Banditoz··on GPT-6 Astra
Are your taxes complicated such that you feel the need to have an LLM do them for you?
Banditoz··on SteamdDB Joins Nexus Mods
I await your repo tomorrow, then! I'd be happy to use an alternative with all backfilled playercount data and sales history that hasn't been sold out.
Banditoz··on Saving money on Google Photos with Immich: Your own personal photo storage
Eh, once it's set up the maintenance cost is minimal. Cron'd backups and such and you won't have to worry.
Banditoz··on It takes 5 cloud services to hear my doorbell
It's crazy these things don't have much interopability with third parties.

Is it so difficult to expose a MQTT thing or some other random HTTP server, default off but configurable in some developer settings, that could be used to control the device/read state? It would certainly make the minority that is us power users happy.

Banditoz··on Show HN: The load-bearing vocabulary of Claude
Not the same thing.
Banditoz··on Suica, Japan's First IC Transit Card
Recently the physical cards are sold at a machine inside Haneda airport.
Banditoz··on Xcancel and Nitter have been taken down
I disagree. Nitter's big pull was lightweight SSR, this site is not that. Nitter also actually _looks like_ Twitter more than this site!
Banditoz··on The Hugging Face incident and the road ahead
What makes you say that?
Banditoz··on Nitter project received cease and desist
A lot of instances are showing rate limited too.
Banditoz··on Maximizing the value of your Claude Code sessions
I think you're conflating two different things here. I am not aware of any DB optimization articles that say "trust me bro, throw your data, don't build indices, it'll Just Work™!"
Banditoz··on Maximizing the value of your Claude Code sessions
Just because a Github issue doesn't have activity doesn't mean it's not an issue anymore.
Banditoz··on AI is removing the middle class of software engineering?
Moore's Law covers transistors, not LLMs.
Banditoz··on How Claude marks AI-generated content
I don't know, why are you? Who's to say Anthropic wasn't already modifying output in some way for optimization or some other reason? These models are incredibly opaque.
Banditoz··on I'll be stepping back from leading product for X
Doesn't mean Twitter should've followed suit.
Banditoz··on RipGrep musl binaries occasionally segfault during very-large searches
How does that help anything?
Banditoz··on Our position on open-weights models
Is something you disagree with a "Reddit-tier take"?
Banditoz··on How is the Bun rewrite in Rust going?
Seems to be more level skepticism to me. Not "blind hate".
Banditoz··on Shipping OpenStrike: A Counter-Strike-Shaped FPS on a 2004 Handheld
I wish I knew. The article is difficult to read due to the heavy use of LLM prose.
Banditoz··on Google Chrome Installed a 4GB AI Model on Your PC
The page uses 10% of my CPU while doing nothing on it.
Banditoz··on Shadcn/UI now defaults to Base UI instead of Radix
You are welcome to continue to read these LLM-generated writings without questioning their content.
Banditoz··on Nearly half of LG smart TV apps contain residential proxy SDKs
What's the current OLED recommendation today?
Banditoz··on Show HN: Oak – Git alternative designed for agents
What is git not suited for in modern development? I haven't found any reasons.
