Axsuul··on Emmett Shear becomes interim OpenAI CEO as Altman talks break down
The number of board members should've increased alongside OpenAI's growth. Too few board members means the higher potential for corruptibility and too much power being held by each member. Axsuul··on Google offered Netflix a sweetheart deal to pay just 10 percent on Google Play

Axsuul··on US Smartphone Shipments Decline 19% in Q3 2023 as More Americans Delay Upgrade
Apple needs to make the upgrade experience better, still. Having all the apps and settings transferred is one thing, but having to re-login to all my apps and add all my Apple Pay cards again is extremely tedious and painful. I get why it's like that due to security implications but there should be a happy medium or opt-in at least.

Making it more seamless should get more upgrade adoption.

Axsuul··on Spain lives in flats: why we have built our cities vertically
> More dense construction in urban areas will probably help make single family homes affordable for those who want them.

Probably the opposite effect for SFHs in the urban areas. People usually prefer living in a detached house, especially when raising a family, and those are gradually being replaced by these multi-family dwellings, so the supply of them is actually going down.

Axsuul··on Live near your friends
> People don't move to the big city because they want to live there. They go there to study and then to make money so that they can afford any kind of real estate in their home town.

More like the opposite.
