As a multi paradigm language, JS typically suffers from whatever programming style is on trend when these features are implemented. We are apparently on the other side of the pendulum now, but I can’t remember the last time I worked with a class and felt like that was right either.
Feel like this is a pretty wild extrapolation that summarizes the core of this. I'm not a fan of the police state that we live in, but at the same time I do not feel a whole lot of empathy towards lawyers that are actively suing the venue? This article even outlines how this practice has been done in NYC for like a hundred years.
On the other hand, if this effort somehow succeeds and we have less facial recognition tech in the wild, props to them.
It's a good start, but definitely keep it up.

The juice was pretty good though.
It is the highest ROI investment I have ever made in myself.
A couple years back I was admitted into a government rehab. At the time I was a fresh college grad, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was somehow smarter/better/more “upper class” than all of the other patients on the unit because of my upbringing. That is, even completely broke, strung out and institutionalized, I still felt as if I was somehow more “chosen” than anybody else. It took a lot of learning to realize that this attitude was a major part in what lead my drug addiction being unaddressed for so long that I wound up in such a gnarly place. That said, I am doing fine now, but I often think how the others I was with could possibly be doing.
It’s tough as looking for a job is not super fun, so it’s tempting to try and find some magic bullet solution. I came to the conclusion that I’d rather try and present myself as honestly and effectively as I can and not take 99% of what I see regarding resumes to heart, and try and direct any interested people to my portfolio/work as soon as I can.
This will do two things: A) Get you out on the block as you tend to your plants, where you can now serve as eyes on the street. B) Serve as a visual testament to people passing through your neighborhood that this is a place where people care about.
As someone who commutes primarily via bicycle, I've always been mystified by colleagues and friends who choose to drive to work in the densely populated northeastern city while cycling through center city is faster, more fun, better for your health, etc. There are obvious times when driving a car will make more sense, e.g. transporting delicate flowers, but for the average commuter it breaks down to the fact that the car is just somewhat sacred in our society. It is an important aspect of the American identity and our vision of success in this country, and so here we are, innovating around cars with technologies like self-driving rather than looking forwards to new potential paradigms of transportation.
This is just in regards to the average commuter, I'm sure that self-driving does have its place in like, moving 40' containers in low-density areas.
