Your boss is a fucking douchebag. I wouldn't try to fix the situation, anyone who says "Give one banana to this immigrant" can't be reasoned with. Try to have people to talk to so you dont have to keep it inside of you. People easily acquire psychological health issues when they are in situations like yours.
