Haha. Do we have a "nationalist" here who seems to be hurt?

Do you need proof India is a police state? OK. Do you know the police can arrest you from your home without a warrant? Do you know they can get your call records without a warrant? Do you know they keep people in prison overnight without access to a lawyer? Do you know they can search your home without a warrant? Do you know they can arrest anyone without giving any reason and then torture him/her (which happens many many times)?

This is the definition of a police state.
