It sounds like a bitter over worked employee tried to retaliate in any way she could. I know I have no evidence to back this up but neither does this article.

It's completely fucked up to be so casually dismissive of a sexual assault allegation. For every girl crying wolf there are 10+ others that never speak up out of fear.

If you were falsely accused would you not be upset? There is a due process and I would like to think that people would respect that. My comment was to balance the absurdity.

What absurdity are you balancing? Do you run around internet forums instantly defending the accused in posted articles?

Indeed, at the first sign of any harassments, employees should be smart enough to protect themselves by starting to collect evidence that might help to build their case for a formal complaint or lawsuit.

The article mentioned that she was coerced to have "oral and digital sex", it should not be hard to produce transcripts of such harassment.

Digital as in finger(s), not as in online or something. So transcripts are probably impossible if the coercion was purely verbal.

Glad I'm not the only one who read that and thought "digital? That's what they're calling cybersex now? As opposed to... old-fashioned analogue sex?"
