People (including me) keep reinventing this concept every few years thinking they are first to market or doing it slightly differently but "right". They all fail. History certainly repeats in building social referral websites for recruiting. Someone should build a list of failed sites that tried do this, hopefully saving future entrepreneurs time and money.

The core of the problem is that it's socially stinky to exploit your personal networks for money. That's the bottom line.

Sorry to say that this one too will be binned or "pivot" to something else.
